Although we utilize methods to measure traffic to CLC’s website, users’ email addresses in these files are used only to monitor appropriate use of the site, and to optimize the site for our users. Information accumulated from users is employed to improve the CLC’s electronic media services and is not shared with other organizations or individuals.
